What Is A Whammy?

The Whammy is a statistically balanced recipe that will not raise or lower your blood pressure, but will only supply the needed trace minerals and increase your energy level.

In one 8 ounce glass, place the following drops from each of the individual bottles of minerals.

Add 8 ounces of fresh frozen orange juice. (The Whammy works best with orange juice, due to the concentration of Vitamin C. However, you can use grapefruit juice, pineapple juice, or lemonade, natural, not colored.)

The Whammy should taste like orange juice. (Please note: use a medium priced orange juice concentrate, not the highest (richer) or the generic brand. The richer or lesser quality orange juice will not contain the proper elements to complete the Whammy recipe.)

You may double or triple the number of drops you use in 8 ounces of orange juice, but do not change the ratio! You must always use the same ratio or you will cause changes in your blood pressure.

The standard Whammy does not balance out body chemistry. However, it will increase energy. Drinking standard Whammys (as with taking multi-vitamins) will not help to raise the concentration. A person can be perfectly balanced and have no concentration, therefore no reserves, and may run out of energy by 10 A.M. The concentration of minerals and vitamins is necessary to build up energy/reserves.

If a person drinks the standard Whammy without testing the minerals, they will eventually create an imbalance in their chemistry. They are adding a mineral or minerals of which their body already has an adequate level. By adding more of a mineral than the body needs, you consistently compound the problem by keeping the ratio uneven. Taking a multi-vitamin will create the same problem as drinking a standard Whammy with no regard to the balance.

When drinking Whammys you may continue until you reach saturation point, at that point one or more of the minerals will cause the Whammy to taste bad or cause an unset stomach. The taste of the Whammy is governed by the ratio of nutrients needed or in excess in your body. If some of the minerals are at the saturation point (where your body is not able to utilize them) they will cause the Whammy to taste bad.

An illness happens when the ratio (balance) is off. The degree of the illness depends on the concentration.
